last I checked dring under the influence get's you a dui, would think it would be more serious if you were driving around in a law enforcement vehicle, and a dui would disqualify you from driving a patrol car for the year and I doubt there would be a big need for a deputy without a drivers license,also had this been an average citizen he wouldn't even have been able to qualify for a CCW, probably much less been able to keep his LE quals. I sure hope you aren't implying there should be one set of standards for us and one set of standards for the other side.
