A crazed, desparate and cold-blooded killer. The worst thing a police office can encounter. They don't care, they have no conscience and they will kill without thought.
My prayers go out to Officer Goodson and my sympathy goes out to his family for their great loss. It is such a shame this criminal wasn't able to at least share the same fate!
