You no its not the childrens fault if the parents waste money or spend it unwisely.So if you don't what to buy extra supplies for a classroom thats your right.Its a great thing everyone don't think like you.The teachers do spend alot of there money on supplies,If you find a teacher that does that did you have a great teacher,because now you have a teacher that will give all there students chance.We should never punish a child for the sins of the parents.Just my opinion.
