Maybe a bigger story about this property for WWAY should be that CAMA should visit Mr Freemans property, since he says he doesn't want any change to the neighboring lots with crack shacks that are in disrepair on them. He's practically filled in his entire waterfront lot with white sand and extended his property further into the waterway. He also has a massive 100 foot eye soar of a barge sitting on his pier and often it's pulled up on his lot with tractors going back and forth doing work. This ugly barge extends way beyond his CAMA foot print and encroaches on the adjacent riparian rights of the very people he is trying to stop from rezoning. I have never seen a CAMA permit posted for the activity and work constantly being done on his waterfront lot.
Maybe Mr Freeman doesn't want change because he doesn't want anyone to see what he's doing on his property?
