OK my two cents: get the owners of all the properties together and ask them what they want. Maybe show them a few ways they can all benefit by building houses or businesses. What I dont see is a overall plan for the entire community.
Also I visit that area often and I dont see the crack houses people speak of. If drugs are being sold there it is no more than in Carolina beach or in downtown Wilmington and no more than in the neighborhood YOU live in. One of the local churches recently held an event down in Seabreeze. The class of Williston held an event there the weekend prior,so you folks need to check your facts. There are oneor two small buildings that seem to be in disrepair. Maybe the owner of those buildings need to be contacted and see what can be done about that.
