When certain developers buy their way into office and buy off elected officials to hijack government for their personal gain, that's a problem. Harper puts Wilmington and the citizens first. Saffo, Kristi Tomey and Laura Padgett put their own selfish interests first. They are paid for by a certain group of developers for the benefit of those developers, the taxpayers be damned.
