He made the choice to put football above the welfare of children. He is just as guilty as Sandusky. Penn State should have gotten the death penalty. The Joe Pa supporters should think about what they are supporting. Part of this tradegy did not have to happen if Joe Pa had done the right thing. He was not a great man, he was self serving and allowed children to be violated by a real life monster. Is this what these people are supporting? Coaching a football team for many years might make you a great football coach, but it does not guarantee you are a great person. He got off easy by not having to face the victims of his cover up. The NCAA just sent the message that an act this terrible and the cover up is not as bad as paying players. By doing this, the NCAA is putting profit ahead of the victims also. Removing victories from the record book is a joke and punishes the players. The fine will be payed by the boosters. So what Penn State really recieved for this is a four year bowl ban and scholarship reductions.....I no longer have any respect for the NCAA.
