Issues of this nature have been on going for years in the United States. To be convicted of a crime of this nature, he should die immediately no questions asked!! If that is not an option, low-lifes such as these should be deported as soon as they are convicted. Why should our tax dollars pay to feed, clothe and house him and his family for the next 20 years?
