The hell with keeping him fed and clothed. Just tattoo "child rapist" on his butt cheeks and toss him naked into a prison yard. He won't last long enough to get hungry. Even cons detest child rapists. All the guards need to do is pull a Sgt. Schultz. "I hear nothing, see nothing, and know NOTHING!"
