This child rapist very likely would have done the same thing no matter what country he was in. I seriously doubt the legality of his residence had any influence either. A POS is a POS...period. I just hope that while he's in prison, his many "girlfriends" will give him the same amount of consideration that he gave his victim. How do you say; "Squeal like a pig" in Spanish?
