Please excuse me, but there are no comments in my message stating he or his family were here illegaly. WWAY's news article stated, and I quote, "a 34-year-old illegal alien has pleaded guilty to the rape of an 11-year-old Leland girl". If my English is correct, I am sure this means he is here illegaly. Also, my comments did not state anything about anyone paying or not paying taxes. If he has paid taxes, I am sure the funds will fall way short of what it will cost to keep him up the next 16-20 years.
