But why is it ok to for businesses to water their lawns during the heat of the day. I've driven past Landfall center 1pm watering even today going towards NHRMC a business watering at 2pm. Don't they know it's better to water between 4am-7am? When I lived in Florida they had water police who would fine for watering on the wrong days at the wrong time. Why don't they do it here?
