I feel that on the very first dui,the offender when convicted,as part of their sentence should be made to go to wreck scenes and help clean up the scene,remove the bodies,sit with family members at the hospital while waiting on the word of dead or alive. Make it where they have to look at the aftermath and have it etched in their brains what law enforcement officers have to carry with them all their careers. Make them realize what their stupidity and selfishness has created affecting other people. Let them see the hurt,pain,and torment the victims families go thru. Then throw away the keys to their cells.
