I agree. It has been said that Spencer has some mighty big secrets himself. I don't think it will be long before Ballree gets fired, something funny happens with Spencer, and then they have to find yet another replacement. The city manager is an idiot and should be thinking about the long term well being of the police department and the citizens. They should really be looking for someone who doesn't have dirt on them to cause the whole ordeal again. We have some fine policemen in this city and I'm sure they are hating their jobs right about now with this mess.
