What I personally suggest is simple! Hire all the crooked Cops back right? Then? Sell drugs to all the citizens of Leland!!!! Omit drug testing! i.e. If your doing steroids? Your good! Give me a break folks!!!!!!! You have a good thing. Town Council, Chief, and some really great Police Officers leave it be. Say's who!? Say's Kblue!!!
