Back on the Right Track??

You suggest that we need to help troubled teens get back on the right track?? You can't help anyone who does not want the help. I may be wrong but I am guessing that the owner of the stollen car kept the car doors locked in an attempt to help this "teen" not steal his car. And I really doubt that the "Troubled Teen" stole the car so that he could get to one of these self help sessions" or to see his probation officer (who is there to help troubled "teens" get back on the right track). Ralph Evangelous (Chief - Wilmington Police Department) has put in place several programs to help troubled "teens" and, again, Im just guessing this troubled "teen" had not bothered to walk through the doors of the police department, without handcuffs. No, I don't wish this ADULT any harm by him jumping into our river but, I don't wish the community any more harm by him walking our streets.
