Nobody is really excited about hiring someone with a criminal history. I know the reasons why will elude you, but try to think about it some and see if an answer comes to you. It's not up to the system to give YOUR CHILDREN something to do or to keep them out of trouble, that IS YOUR JOB. One you failed to do correctly and now it is the systems fault? Please!!!
