You know, you really shouldn't quote something you know nothing about.
Leviticus is formally known as "Torat Kohanim", or "Instructions for the Priests". Leviticus was a rule book for the proper worship of the God of Israel by His people (the Hebrews). It wasn't meant for the Gentiles (non-Hebrews/unbelievers).
In Leviticus 19:19, God commanded His people (the Hebrews) not to be "unequally yoked" (or mingle) with unbelievers. It wasn't about bi-racial marriage or same sex relationships; it was about Hebrews not associating themselves with unbelievers.
