Your absolutely right... If you believe in that sort of thing... There are other endings.... i.e., nothing happens and we take a dirt nap, we turn into ghosts and roam around as residual energy, we come back as a grasshopper, lots of ways this could go... the point is we are here now, and we should make very effort to be as fair as possible now... if some are eligible for tax deductions, and healthcare benefits because they have a legal union so should other varieties of unions... leave the religion out of it...
