Not if what he believes is baseless and delusional. If he has proof of corruption among the board, display it or drop it. He was way off base in this matter. Uninformed or whatever you wish to call it. He continues this behavior and he often does it when his back is against the wall. He feeds off of getting his name in the paper or on broadcast news. Staying up all night firing off e'mails filled with inuendo may be the reason he can't get to meetings on time. He needs to put up or shut up, do the research he should be doing before he speaks and perform due diligence in his duties but we all know that is a mission in futility.
