It might be adviseable for the property where the ball park be researched in respect to the goods stored by former Almont Shipping during the years they owned, operated and did business. According to my research and also from being from Wilmington for 60-yrs, I knew there were large hills of white and other color substances mounded on the grounds nearby. I found by checking the web they stored chromium and sulpher in addition to other substances. Don't know if these are substances qualifying for a superfund clean-up but we certainly don't want citizens exposed to these if so and certainly cleaned-up beforehand don't we?
