Sorry to say but you sir are dead wrong. There was a severe cancer in Leland but it had nothing to do with Kblue it was Jayne, Blasingame, Delapia and a few others who made a mockery of Law Enforcement in SE NC PERIOD!!!. I have first hand knowledge myself of some goings on through one of the decent cops in Leland and believe me things were as bad as the rumors if not worse.
