Randy to the Rescue: Hanging Planter

In this weeks Randy to the Rescue, getting a little extra privacy on your deck. On a recent trip to Charleston, Randy Aldridge saw a hanging planter to do just the trick. But at a price of six hundred dollars, he figured there must be a cheaper way.
