ARE A MORON! First NOBODY punched the LIFE out of anyone. He got hit in the chin which I would hardly call a deadly blow under normal circumstances. Let me tell you this. IT IS WELL WITHIN MY RIGHTS to defend myself AND TO USE DEADLY force when necessary to protect my life. NOW, this guy wasn't using deadly force, it was an ACCIDENT. Again, I know it is hard for college age kids to understand, but consequences are sometimes VERY harsh. Unfortunately, college kids don't use good judgment sometimes, but as an adult you have to be willing to suffer consequences for your actions. Consequences include things that we never bargained for sometimes.
