Unlike YOU, I wasn't there getting drunk and around illegal substances, was I? Unfortunately, testimonies are hampered when the person was drunk or involved in illegal activity. I am not accusing anyone of doing drugs, but if you are around when it is being done...YOU ARE GUILTY.
