This is not a surprise to me. People running stop signs right in front of Police cars and nothing is done. I really believe that the police in Wilmington have been told not to enforce traffic laws. If you spend any time at all driving in the city you see people speeding all the time.

Guess it is time for a new Police Chief this one sure isn’t getting the job done.
