I suggest that all NHC Commissioners keep OUR money in the bank when it comes to the ball park. If its SUCH A GREAT PLAN...let Wilmington KEEP ALL THE MONEY! I for one, don't want to have ANYTHING to do with it as it's just going to end up sucking tax dollars out of my pocket in the form of a higher rate!
