You know why outdoor concerts won't happen at the proposed stadium.
Heck we can't even get a big name concert at the convention center!
Cancel an outdoor show by a big name and they are down the road at eh next concert venue.
Of course we COULD have our own Woodstock - in the rain!
Just think of how much it would cost to fix the stadium grounds after something like that
