The city of Wilmington or should I say the TAX payers will have to SPEND 40 Million so you can get a few thousand for this charity. Really? Why dont you just donate your money directly or use any other sporting event in town for the charity event? Stop trying to make spending 40 Million on a lame duck look better by attaching cancer fund raising to it.
