You apparently have not read Ryan's plan for Medicare. If you had, you would know it won't affect anyone who today is age 55 or older. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid HereComesTheNight. If you're poor...you have Medicaid available right now.
Can you spend more than you make month-in and month-out? No you can't. And neither can the taxpayers continue to afford the Feds doing the same.
