Okay people we have all heard of being street smart? So what about being water smart? My sympathy goes to the family for the lose of their loved on.
Why swim in an area that is unfamiliar, not alot of others swim in. People need to realize no water is safe, between rip currents etc anything can happen to anyone. Experience or non experienced swimmer you will not win.
If you don't know how to swim at all you are plain STUPID for going in the water the first place.
People and their families need to start being water smart safety first. Two weeks ago teen drowned in CB at Snows cut inlet you never swim in that area.
Don't go blaming the county or state for no posting signs but it's all about being water smart. You don't see signs in street saying be cautious, dont take to strangers etc.
It's all about being smart and having common sense. Come one people get with the program.
