If you don't know the story, you don't what happened or how it happened don't talk about it and who said that Raquan could not swim? No one. And who said they were blaming the county for not having signs posted? No one. And you say not a lot of people swim where he was found, well your wrong and just plain STUPID for commenting. So keep the comments to yourself from now on for future references. I hope his family does not see all the ignorant things you had to say. Its really sad in a time like this, what such assholes people and can and i can almost bet If it was your father, mother, brother, sister, daughter, son or anyone that you truly cared about you wouldn't have so many ugly things to say would you? and you wouldn't want someone to say what you've said about your family would you?
