When you go to the poll this November, you won't just vote on political offices. You'll also choose local and state judges. Among the open judiciary seats is one on the North Carolina Supreme Court currently help by Justice Paul Newby. He's challenged by Sam Ervin IV, who currently serves on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Judge Ervin talked with us about his run for the high court and the challenges of being part politician part judge.
