On the one hand, you criticize colleges for charging $230, then on the other hand, you criticize new technology - - hard to tell which side of the fence you're on!? Tablets, e-Books & iPads will not only reduce the cost of books to students & parents, but it will limit the number of trees killed & the amount of paper books that will ultimately go into landfills. New technology is very smart, I don't think you need to worry much about it making dummies out of students, but rather just the opposite.
