Although some tax dollars are used in public school such as this, books at many non-traditional and restructured schools, like Early College High schools are funded through grants. This initiative is an investment in the future that will save tax dollars. In addition, I've seen more students reading and researching this week than ever before - and this is only day 7 of the school year.
