Randy to the Rescue: Filling the Planter

Last week, Randy Aldridge redesigned a plain plastic planter to look like a copper hanging planter that he saw in Charleston. This week, it is time to create a hedge-like look in that planter. As Randy explains it... it's all about the thriller, the spiller and the filler.
