Lisa Hartman is my hero !! She is like everyone should be !! Thank God for people like her. I am an animal lover also, and when ever see something that isn't right, I always call animal control. I saved 4 dogs one time. They were left tied up, with no food or water, for days! The owners had moved and had just left them. Some people just don't deserve pets at all !!
