thi is one incident over several years.
He had no personal gain; not true of Hewett or the former Leland Police chief or indirectly the former BSL police chief. And he has no prior record.
Worst case for him on this facet is probation. And that assumes he is convicted or cuts a plea.
Why is it all you people, who have all of this street gossip, rumor, and innuendo, do not go to the SBI, the DA, or the AG with concrete facts which cn be proven?
If you know something, and can prove it, man up so the authorities can do a thorough investigation and build a case.
