Wilmington Silly Council couldn't pass a Rorschach Test

"We haven't decided as a council what we ought to use that piece of property for," City Councilwoman Laura Padgett said." ………. "Meanwhile City Manager Sterling Cheatham is asking for $3.3 million for the project to cover the cost of the purchase ..... This despite the fact that city leaders agree that the long term future of the deck is bleak."

In addition to no due diligence, Wilmington Silly Council now has no clue what to do with it except possibly throw some money at it.

Who, except for a small group of self-serving insiders, could possibly get behind these "geniuses" when it comes to building a baseball stadium?

So crazy, it almost seems fictional.
