I wonder how many non-resident property owners there are and what the amount is they pay in taxes for the property inside the City limits. Compare that to the amount of tax paid by residents.

I own property in the City and live within the City limits. I and every neighbor I've talked to will vote "no" in November. I hope this debacle goes down in flames.

What concerns me is whether City Council has the ability to issue the bonds in some other fashion that doesn't require voter approval.
