in his interview gave up a lot of information about his conversations with Ripkin Design. Enough in fact that if his substance is true. The City of Wilmington need to think twice before signing anything binding with Mandalay. I think if the city proceeds on their current track, this proposal by Ripkin will be just smoke!! Isn't Sept 4 the date?
