Good. They don't need to come to an agreement unless there is no taxpayer dollars involved. If they insist on continuing this nonsense, then they should wait until after the election to sign any agreements. If they enter into an agreement now, then they will have that stadium regardless of the results of the referendum. They pulled this with the convention center. They put it on the ballot twice, but they had already signed the contract so they had no choice but to build it. They are pulling the same nonsense with this stadium. Wilmington voters sure didn't learn their lesson the last time.
