I thought this was a free country. What kind of remark is "no ligitimate reason to be there" supposed to be? Is law enforcement deciding who is supposed to be or not supposed to be at a certain place at a certain time now? It probably was a drug thing, but this is a pretty powerful statement made in a supposedly free nation.
