I noticed the separation in Water Street over a year ago. I wrote the City and News Sources about the possible failure of the park during say a Sunset Celebration Concert. The undermining that can accure behind a bulk head like that could be catastrophic. What have I now noticed? Lateral movement toward the river on front street. So maybe the City needs to drop the 36 mil bond referendum for baseball, and assure our citizens and property are safe?
