Myrtle Beach has baseball now. The Ripkin Youth League is down there annually. And the minor league team is down there playing throughout the season.
Which makes more sense?
Too bad the city council did not ask those questions before building the white elephant.
Is it too much to ask that they ask relevant questions before commiting the city property tax payers to fund that over priced albatross on that over priced piece of river front acreage?
Better yet, let's hope the city voters have enough sense to vote down the bond referendum.
