"relatively speaking"

A 6 year "state supply" of natural gas is not big - not by a long shot. So is it worth the risk to our environment to frack for the natural gas? At this point I have to say "No" the return is not good enough.

I would, however, propose that off shore (NC) exploration be encouraged. If we find substantial amounts of oil and/or natural gas then I say we should develop those fields. Drilling for natural gas is far less risky to our environment then fracking is.
