No you are mistaken< I know jeffrey head personally as well as his parents. They are good people, and No you are wrong about Topsail schooling. I was a student there... and Let me tell you the only two things good about the school was MR. Marcus Skipper. He was the only onw who cared about us kids< and most deff the only one who looked out for us and tried to get to know us! So be for you listin to your preppy ass kids who make the straight A's and is on the cheer squad or the foot ball team< take it from some one that was there It's not what it's cracked up to be.
