Leon's right...and I don't condone giving up sensitive classified information under any circumstances.
So...if in fact this SEAL did disclose classified material, we should prosecute him...right after we nail the senators and representatives and administration officials who have also done the same thing.
Just google Senator Hatch reveals classified information...then Senator Leahy "The leaker!"
I once held a TS clearance with caveats...imagine my surprise to hear a congressman reveal information that I knew to be TS (SCI) right after 9/11! These folks just can't wait to run and tell somebody to show how important and how much power they have to be let in on the secret.
A good number of politicians can't even get a clearance because of their previous history. (The SF-86 SSBI is designed to reveal who the liars are.)
