Also...the disclosure forms one fills out when getting a security clearance are very clear. The fact is, if he HAS revealed classified information they would have already arrested him (or are building a specific case) and will do so imminently.
The fact DOD/Pentagon and the Obama administration are all a dither (more smoke than fire at this point) means likely the SEAL has just violated OPSEC which isn't necessarily a crime...he just may have embarrassed the Administration and they don't like that. Especially if he contradicted the liars (oops, I meant leakers).
I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement that lasts my lifetime, and says (I agreed to) that my family could be prosecuted if they revealed the information after I'm gone (assumes husband/wife pillow talk).
