Don't the "owners" of other stadiums have fancy seats? You can bet that Saffo, and the rest of the bunch won't be paying to get in. Wait.... They probably won't even be bothered to show up after the ribbon cutting. By the time this thing would open, Saffo - hopefully! - won't even be the Mayor.
